UTOPIA Gaming Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Burns as their QLD Sales Manager.
An exciting addition to the team, Richards experience spans well over 25 years in the Queensland gaming industry and for 13 years partnered with venues within the Queensland Licensed Monitoring Operator space. Richard has proven experience with loyalty and engagement products, POS and loyalty apps and is well known to the Queensland gaming industry.
“I am thrilled to be joining the team at UTOPIA Gaming Systems and to be involved with the first LMO system to be approved in Queensland in over twenty years,” said Richard. “I look forward to working with new products and features, providing the latest in network and gaming technology on a new platform tailored to the needs of Queensland venues.”
UTOPIA Gaming Systems was granted a Licensed Monitoring Operators supplier’s licence in 2015 and has since been developing, testing and certifying its system to assure new customers of its stability, reliability and security. The system is the first approved in Queensland in more than 20 years.
“We may be new to the Queensland market but we have proven scale and capability throughout Australia in over 1,000 venues and over 20,000 EGMs,” added Richard.
